Howdy all!!!
I just joined the forum and wanted to say hello and to tell everyone what a great site you have!!! I've been reading for the past couple of weeks trying to get a grasp on what I need to do to get started and I think I'm finally ready. While I've never built an electronic board before, the whole idea has gotten me pretty excited!!! I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions along the way so I hope y'all are gentle with me  Again let me say what a great thing you all have going with a bunch of polite folks. Thanks for the information you've provided so far!!!

Welcome

Please feel free to ask any question. The only stupid question is the one that you do not ask.

I agree and let me point this out for all n00bs Ask it all because we are not only dealing with fun Xmas lights we are also wiring 120V and if you screw up because you thought you knew how and didn't ask, you could be out of a home.

Ben

P.S. I am not a very good peptalker

There is so much information to sort through that it almost overwhelms me!!! I'm slowly getting a grasp on things...I'll keep plugging away at it. I'm sure I'll have a million questions before it's said and done  Thanks for all the great info everyone!!!

That is my personal belief. The only way we learn is by asking.
