Looks great!

That's a nice 'spark' effect with the white behind the green.

LOVE IT!

The work of colours is good.
The effect of bringing in the display slowly and not rushing it is great.

I am no expert, but, WELL DONE and be proud of it.
I enjoyed every minute of it.

Thanks for showing the set up photos. I got some good ideas from your layout.

Nice work. Terrific sequencing.

One of the best uses of sequences i've seen honestly...not super flashy...but strong colors and animations that augment the music. The harsh flashy of some setup's is not my thing...yours is pretty close to my thing.

If you wouldn't mind, please post your sequences if you are using vixen.

My family and I went to see this in person last night - Looked amazing. We were impressed. Very clean layout on his yard I must admit. I'm uber jealous.

This is my first year, and my yard looks like a wire factory threw up all over my yard. Last night looking at this yard, you couldn't see wires, pods, nothing. It was very clean. I'm impressed.

The sequencing looked great. The touch of clear under the colors looked super.

Nice sequencing, amazing layout... Now I'm embarrassed about how shabby mine looks during the day.

The only thing that threw us for a loop was, no FM sign?

Yea, I am currently not broadcasting... Ran out of time!!! I _do_ have speakers in the front yard that you can hear if you roll the windows down or decide to walk it... Did you hear it or do I need to make a sign? I'm sad that I didn't get a tunecast up, but I will next year.

Custom 128 channel dimming hardware was a big step up from a 16 channel 595 last year!

The board I am using for all of the channels is the Hammer board from tincantools.com running Linux. Currently I am using the Firegod protocol with Vixen because it was easy to implement in a Linux module, but I really need to move to a protocol with less overhead.

Definitley shows the advantages of using multiple colors: still an awesome effect that isn't as blinky.

Great work!

You need a sign or FM broadcast. I knew what to expect, and didn't figure out you had audio in the yard... so imagine those who have no clue at all. I've heard the Belkin clones from Walmart ($10?) work as well as the Tunecasts... Sandy (another member here and on PC) was running a $10 walmart FM thingy on his Mr Christmas last year, and said he was getting excellent results....? JUST FYI. (seriously: you're so close, you need an FM transmitter IMO. No audio = just blinky flashy)

My Tunecast-2 gives me plenty of distance (several houses) but the clarity is lacking in my opinion... (this is on my setup I'm talking about). Next year I'm going to buy another FM transmitter.. There are so many chinese ones out there on Ebay for around $50? But the reviews here have been mixed at best. Some like them BETTER than Ramsey, others claim they are complete junk.... so ???????????????

Brian, your display is nice, and well synchronized and extremely clean in appearance... I saw your flickr page with all the pictures... When I tell people I built mine by hand - after seeing your pics, I feel like I'm lying! LOL.

Despite the neighbors worries pre-display, I'm sure now they appreciate your efforts. Great job!
