I have a program scheduled to run from 5:30 to 11pm everynight. For some reason my machine locked up or something tonight, the lights were down for around an hour before we realized it.
I restarted the PC, vixen auto-loaded as a shortcut is in the startup folder... but the show didn't start...? I had to manually restart scheduled programs. Doesn't this happen automatically on startup?

The scheduler will only start automatic if vixen is running at the start time. If it is past the start time you have to restart timers.
I believe that a few people have asked for Vixen to check to see if it should be running a timer when it starts as a new feature.

Ah, ok. Well that makes sense. I think it would be a great idea to add the ability to check and see if the program should be on and running... My situation was the prime example of that.. a slight glitch during the show required a restart... and if I wasn't there - the show would not have re-started by itself :(
If the power had flickered, or the PC restarted for whatever the reason, and no one noticed or no one was home, the show would have been over the night. :(

I am sure KC will get to it after the busy season...
