Lowes And Walmart have marked down Christmas items

I am not sure if this would be for all areas but here in Kannapolis, NC
The Lowes stores have 25% off all Christmas items. I also checked Walmart while I was at it and they also have marked down Christmas items.

I picked up a bunch of lights at Lowes :D

They have been at 25% for a week or two. I might have to pick up what I need before 50% because lights are going fast.

Just stopped in at LOWES tonight. They are now 50% off. Cleaned out the red, Green, and Blue (15 Red, 9 Green 4 blue) They (as usual) are loaded with multi left. :?

I just bought 16 purple, 16 red, 8 green, 8 multi at one of my stores for $1 each. Tomorrow I gotta go get the blues from another store that still has them. I'll use them mainly for a 16channelx4color=64channel mega tree next year.

I just picked up bunch of lights at Lowes (Mira Loma, Southern California) bought Clear, Purple and Gold. No more Red, Green and Blue but ton's of Multi. I just hope Walmart still carries some RGB.

Home Depot is now 50% off. I spent $150 on lights last night. Got enoughf ro my 18 foot mega tree, some tomoateo cage trees, and some blue icicles.

hit LOWES and cleaned them out of all colored lights last night. Then I went to another LOWES, same thing, then I went to Home depot. They are STOCKED. Got each box at $1.14 apiece (low enough for me) and spent a total of $150 :D

can you guys frun 120V? Just spli the 240? If so i would be more than glad to buy a bunch of boxes and sell them to you guys (at the same price no cheating) if you pay freight.

I did a combo between Menards and Lowes. Only one Lowes in Rockford though and only clears were left. However...I plan on just using white mini's and LED for hte color. So..guess I'll have to go broke there ;)

After reading here about Home Depot and a Co-worker telling me about a store here that still had some left I decided to go take a look at the location he told me and oh yea they still had plenty of lights. I picked up a case of blue mini's. This color is what I have been missing I was able to get the others from Lowes but the Blues until now were hard to find.

the 2 Lowes and 1Home Dopot near me are all out of lights. well, they have some clear minis left, but nothing else, and I don't need any more clear minis. No multis, no LEDs, no C7s, no C9s. Nothing. not even any mounting clips.
Walmart had a few lights left when i was there last week, but I don't really want to go back to check. That place is nuts here.
:-) oh well, guess I am glad that I bought 200 boxes at $1.50 2 weeks ago.

Cleaned out walmart this morning. Got 100 ct red. blue and green for $1 a box.
Not much traffic at Walmart, Target was mobbed.

All stores in Nova Scotia are closed today, and being Canada, the 50% off sales wont be a bargain as the normal 100 count strings average 9 to 11 bucks a string.
Even a minor dent in my mini-lights required for next year results in a MAJOR dent in my wallet.

My projected Mini-lights for next year should be;

100 count Mini-Lights
25 Blue
25 Red
25 Yellow
25 Green
10 White

That will get my 8 mini-trees into 4 colors each, and my Mega-Tree built.

The rest of the lights I currently have will be recycled into other parts of the display. The other parts of my display are the standard blowmold candles and a few hand-made C9 plywood wreaths,bells and stars.
