Here is our house on local news ABC. I was out of town, wife had to do interview. She was not thrilled, as one can imagine.

Two things of interest in this interview;

1. Out of my entire playlist of more than 45 minutes of music, only ONE non-Christmas song, and this is what they chose to air.
2. One side of our yard had nativity scene, cross, angel, ETC. this is the side they convienently omited from shot.

It is very clear to me that they did not want the "Christ" part of Christmas on the air. Also, they even found my music selection offensive.

BTW, the video shown above was from Bradley J. and his 80s mix (which was very popular with those watching our show)-My rant above should not reflect badly on him-his mix was GREAT and sharing sequence was terrific! Thanks to Brad ( http://www.lovethoselights.com/ ) and for sharing his 80's mix!

i dont know what is your problem ... as they might have not choose the best spot to film and the music to play but WOW what a display you have .. i would be proud if my display and sequence would look half of what yours look like ... good work on it ....and bye the way i guees you dont have snow where you live to put so many light on the roof lol and do you mind sharing your sequence as they look awsome ......

His problem is that they took extra care to edit out anything religious....I agree with him fully on that. It is a religious holiday! I am starting to think that all atheists and non-believers should not get this time off hehehehehe

THat is why Christmas with a capital "C" is in my show. I edit out the begining and start where the music begins

Just like your display is yours to do with what you like, the TV station is theirs to do with what THEY like.

if you (not meaning you specifically) do not like the REASON for the season, then you should not benefit from the season itself.

if you are opposed to Christ (the base of Christmas) then do not celebrate it, do not take the Christmas bonus, do not take the paid time off, do not buy Christmas presents, do not go Christmas light driving.

but i pray that you reconsider. the reason we all celebrate is simple Christ did an AMAZING thing for us!

yea i understood that point and agree too as i am trying to make a cristmas sign this year on my display and i laught so much when my friend told me i should wrote X-mast..(loser i said to him) ... but his is so amazing i still wish mine would look like that ... can i have 1 or 2 sequence ???

happy to share any sequence you like-let me know. I must confess however, none of these are origional-I have no creative bone in my body. most of mine are borrowed with consent from owner, or I have watched thier show and recreated sequence manually.

WooHoo! Glad you finally got these posted on here. You did a great job with my mix. Makes me jealous. I'm going to have to kick it up a bit this year and add some new elements.
