I got to thinking, it would be pretty cool if we could make the led triks sign work with the music and show the different sound levels like old style digital equalizer looking things do. You can see what i mean with WMP. Just play a song and have the visualiser set to bars-->bars. i don't know what to really call it...

In real-time or as a pre-calculated sequence?

A pre-calculated sequence would run on slower computers; you know how people hate to pitch the old stuff.

Real-time would look cooler though.

My vote would be for both.

I think that it would be as a pre-set sequence but it would be somehow savable as to help out the slower computers. But it would be in time to the music.

It sounds like it would be cool to watch. But to be honest, I don't know when I'll be able to fit it in. I'm already a half-dozen plugins and a couple of add-ins and editors behind. And we haven't even gone to beta yet!

I knew that would be the next post. :)

It was going to be this past Friday, but there's a LedTriks issue I can't nail down. I'm going to be getting my hands on a LedTriks display this coming week, so I'm expecting to get it nailed down the day that shows up. Then it's free to roam and wreak havoc.
