Sometimes no cars...
Sometimes 1 car...
Sometimes up to 4 cars at once.
I know this town has never seen any thing like this. People are absolutely amazed.
Between Christmas last year..
this years July4 and Halloween displays, word is starting to spread.:D
Ill try to get some daylight pictures tomorrow so you can see what you are really looking at.

Thanks Wayne
You can not buy those at WalMart YET 8)
In front are 4 5 channel 10ft arches
In back are 2 10 channel 20ft arches
and the highlight is another 20ft arch.
20 strings of multi LEDs spaced 6in apart and tied in a spoke pattern.
It had to be the easiest to build, but is probably the coolest new effect this year.
You can kind of see them in the 3 stills at 3:15 in the video.
All my white arches are 1/2 inch pvc with 5 strands of 50ct wrapped on. If I want a big arch just use two.
The connector is just a T but it has a 1ft length of 1/2 inch rebar inside to reinforce the connection. Another piece of rebar pounded in the ground ind plugged into the bottom of the T provided vertical and lateral support. You can not see it even with the lights on.

Looking great, I like the snowmen. How did you make the bells along the gutter? They are really nice.

I guess politics does not play into lighting contest judging. NOT
Check out what got first place in out town.
http://www.spencerdailyreporter.com/story/1297032.html
I went by to see the third place winner and saw a radio sign and blinking lights. I thought maybe a hacked Mr Christmas with some form of transmitter.
I sat back to watch the show and counted at least 13 channels.
Now I had to knock on the door and see what they were really useing.
Turns out to be her first year with a 16 channel showtime LOR.
Not a lot of channels but nicely done. Lots of transitions and slow fades.
Most of the other enterants were way better than the winner.
Nope lighting contests are absolutely fair , impartial and unbiased.
