Issues with Helix testing

I was working on my Helix today trying to get all this gear working and I have an issue:
1 I tested all the voltage points and everything check out perfect.
2 I went and plugged in my 32 channel daughter board for further testing after installing all chips etc correctly..
Fired up the Helix and the lights stay on longer then 10 seconds,no heart beat and led 3 (al) top left middle flashes.Not sure what this means..
ANy help would be greatly appreciated..

i dnont have the answer for you, but i know if you pm Greg Bartlett he will get right back to you and solve the issue. when i built my first Helix to use with Renard, i had a couple of minor issues and Greg solved tehm immediately for me. it was not the board - it was my misunderstanding of it. The Helix is an incredible board. i have now bult two more and am working on another one now. we will be running three of our shows with Helix next year.

After discussing this with Joe it appears that there is a problem in the Logistics Supply Chain Management (I failed to send the preprogrammed EEPROMs to him :oops: )

They will be in the mail tomorrow.
