New version of the PIC code

Phil,
I saw a mention somewhere that you were working on a new version of the pic code that would allow you to set each channel with more detail. say channel 1 is pwm and channel 2 is dc. How is that going?

The per-channel configuration items were polarity and PWM vs non-PWM. The choice between DC and non-DC would still be a chip-wide configuration item.

I never finished it, I got distracted by other things. There were enough changes that I would've have to spend time checking out too many different configurations. Plus, I didn't think it wise to introduce new wrinkles at this time of the year. Perhaps next year.
