I don't know if I am putting this in the correct place. But I have a D I/O card along with 3 parallel port cards in a computer. I have been doing this for 2 years now. I just found Vixen and am very impressed with the program. I had written my own program for sequencing Christmas lights to music because I did not find a program that would handle both the 3 parallel ports and the D I/O card. In my program to access the D I/O card is just a matter of telling the program the setting of the card. In my case it is 252. Then all that is done is to use a line of code like Out 252,34. I have found D I/O cards on the internet. But this one was given to me. It only has 8 relays and with the addition of the 3 parallel ports gives me 44 channels. Would it be possible to create an add in that can do this? The program that I wrote, which I call Rudolf, I had planned on modifying the code with many of the things that Vixen already does. If this add on could be created it would be a great help. Thank you for creating Vixen. Good job! Richard

RedBaron,

You probably would want to post in the Vixen/Plug-In Development forum, folks who monitor that forum might be able to help you out.
