i was wounderig if any one is familiar with crooks christmas located in sioux falls SD i really admier those shooting stars how difficult would they be to build

jrock64 did a similar thing. It's just a vertical pole with several sets of lights wrapped around it, sequenced so they light in ascending order with a star on the top of the pole. Piece of cake to do. Depending on how hight you make them, 8 channels might be all you'd need to get a decent motion effect.

These are not what is in the video.

The stars in the video are mega poles with stars on top. 3 or more stars outlined to creat the expanding look. nice effect. I had the idea of the reef like that and thought I would have had an original but this guy beat me to it by a couple of years. nice display :)

So your stars are simply these concentric stars?

They look amazing. There was another member with some just like yours.

Sorry, Dirk misled me. Good thing I like him. I knew you did the Fireworks, I just thought you were that GOOOOD!!!!!

The video that was posted is excellent. Maybe its the same, but different year and different angle. They are almost identical
