I have an interesting issue.

I have a 24 channel version of the Olsen595 controller and 2 Grinch Controllers.

The hardware setup has the 24 channel 595 connected to the computer and a Grinch connected to the output on the 595.

What I am seeing is channel1 on the Grinch is a duplicate of channel 24 on the the Olsen595 and all the Grinch channels are out by one channel.

Has anyone Encountered this?

I have solved the problem temporarily by inserting a dummy channel in the profile.

Next year the Grinch controllers will be connected to a couple Ren-C controlers os not to bent out of shape by this little hickup.

OK, so your using one of the Grinch boards and the 24 channel 595.

Have you put the grinch inline first and tried it? How do they work seperately?

Which chips are you using? I had the MBI's in my Grinch and had a similar problem, swapped them to the Allegro's and problem went away.

I am using the Allegro Chips on my Grinch Boards.

The way the hardware is set up it is a major pain to put the Grinch First.

I have tested both boards seperately and they work fine.

My current solution is to put 3 dummy channels in "slot"25,26 and 27, and not use the first "A" plug on the Grinch. I have lots of spare channels this year so not a problem.
