This sequence is about to die error

Some sequences that have been uploaded give me this error (This sequence is about to die. Please take a screen shot of this message ect.) when I try to open them, is this because maybe they are a different version? Or any other ideas? You know because they wont open it makes me want to open them that much more.:roll:

Hi:
You didn't say which version of Vixen you are running. If you try to run 2.1.x.x sequences in 2.5.x.x., you may get that error. You will have to use "prepare" to convert the sequences from 2.1.x.x to 2.5.x.x.

I am running 2.1.4 have no idea what they are most are from here, how do I tell what they are?
