There is a new forum at DIYC, The General Software Forum.

Up to this point we only had forums for Vixen and PCB software. As we grow we need a place for other software. Well, this is the place for it.

I know the forum title is nothing great, so if you have any ideas for a more catchy title please PM it to me.

Have you thought about making an FM Transmitter forum? I think there are more threads about FM transmitters than misc software.

You could also use "Broadcasting your show"

I think a radio discussion forum is great, first post should be a collection of the other threads about the subject with links.
