Problem: Using a Ren24. Channel #5 is OK until you turn it on. Then it won't go off until you power down and then back up. Then all is well until it is turned on again. Then it stays on again.

Ideas??

Sounds like you have a blown Triac. Try replacing it with a new one.

Well, you're probably right. But, that's not what I wanted to hear.

And if its not the triac, try the opto. Most of the time when behaviors like that happen, its one of those two components that are bad.
