Trouble installing vixen (problem solved)

I extract the files... all files appear to be installed. I then try to run the program and I get a send error message to microsoft. I send and it shuts down. I cannot get the program up and running...

Microsoft .net 2.0 installed
I tried deletng the prepare file before running and still nothing. as I noted in another thread similar.
Any help? running XP

Did you save the vixen folder in "program files" becuase i didn't on my first time and i had the same problem.
