If your order is $25 or more, it will ship free. --> Just order the $7 more. If you don't shipping will run about $5.50. For $1.50 more you get $7 more merch.
$18 is a decent 'In season' price, since these typically go for about $20 at Lowes. You can sometimes get them for 50% off after the season, but that won't do you any good now. Depending on where you live, you may not need to pay tax with Amazon either.
