Well, I've finished my paper mache pumpkin patch. I am absolutely not an artist but they turned out ok.
Boy, do these buggers eat up some time though.

Those are simply outstanding! Wow! What did you coat them with? How will you fasten them so they won't blow away -- paper mache creations typically aren't very heavy.
I am truly impressed!!!

I basically followed the instructions from Stolloween (http://www.stolloween.com/).
It starts with black paint, they dry brushing white, brown, green then orange. I finished it off with Spar Urethane.
There's a hole in the bottom that I am going to cut foam and plug it up. This will also hold the c7 to light it up. If I need to weigh it down I'll glue some plywood to the foam.
