I see the "contents" under the help menu but nothing comes up.
Is there a help file?

Wondering about a couple of things:
What is "paint chase lines from Clipboard?
How do you save a particular group of sequenced channel into a pattern and then paste them later elsewhere.? Is there a way to stretch the timing of a pattern?

No 2.0-centric help file yet. The only one is left over from 1.1.

Painting the chase lines...if you copy some cells to the clipboard and then paint the chase lines from the clipboard, it will use the first row of the clipboard data to create the chase, instead of just turning on a single cell at each point in the line (if that makes sense). Play with it and you'll see what I mean.

As for your second question...you can select some cells then right-click and select "Save as a routine". Then you can later select a point and right-click and "Load a routine".

No way to stretch the timing of a pattern, sorry.

KC,
First, thank you for the quick reply. I se exactly what you mean.
Second, Thank you for such a terrific job.
I have both D-light and LOR software and yours rivals theirs and surpasses in many areas!!!

I was playing with profiles but then read that there was some loss of functionality once a profile was used. Has that all been resolved?

I have 192 channels this year.
I have been grouping things by color (roofline, megatree legs, minitrees, bushes, etc) to make it easier to program groups. But sometimes I'd prefer to program by groups of items. I have been playing with your various boolian pastes. They are terrific. One more paste that would be useful is to paste only the cells that have information. Or another way to put it is to select individual rows rather than require copy by block.

I was playing with routines - that is really helpful. Can the timing be somehow adjustable. If only there was a way to select a box and then click one one end and drag it like changing the shape of a picture in power point or word. But I have learned that timing is fairly close among songs So I developed a sequence that has a palette of patterns and then I can copy and paste from the template sequence into the songs. Then I can cut the end section and paste it over the sequence a few moments earlier to shorten a sequence.

Anyway,
Thanks again and Happy Thanksgiving!!
Mike

I guess it depends on the loss of functionality that you're referring to...?

One more paste that would be useful is to paste only the cells that have information.
Doesn't the "OR" boolean paste accomplish this?

Or another way to put it is to select individual rows rather than require copy by block.
This sounds different than the previous statement. You can achieve this with a couple of different items in the right-click context menu where the channels are listed.

I see how the stretch would be helpful. Probably not in 2.0, but definitely a good idea beyond that.
