When using the Event Sequence Music feature I've seen the following problem on two different laptops. When the control keys or the number keys are used to enter a sequence each time I press a key the channel will be on for one interval and then go off and then come back on and stay on until the key is released. The delay between the two on events seems to be the length of the keyboard delay setting in Windows.

With the keyboard delay set as short as possible I still get a 100ms on and a 300ms off every time I press a key.

This happens on my Dell and Compaq laptops running Windows XP.

Actually, that's the behavior by design. That was originally designed to let you mark single events that you would later go back and build upon. And, as you noticed, every time it receives a key down due to the key repeat, it marks another event.

Are you looking for the ability to push the key down and have it mark cells as long as you have the key down? I don't think that's yet been requested, so it doesn't yet exist.
