I have two feature requests that I feel would be useful.

First is some kind of overlay. I recently had a chasing sequence that I wanted to dim down along with my lights that were on statically. To do this I had to manually go through all dimmer values and change them. It would be great if you could do an overlay type thing where if the brightness level is above that the overlay at that position, it changes it to the lowest brightness level. The overlay could come from a copy and paste like method just like the mirroring functions.

Also, markers that we could put on the timeline for our own reference would be useful. Marking where the dimming begins, different portions of the song, etc. What do you think?

For your first suggestion, take a look at the boolean paste functions, or ctrl+down/up

I would definitely like your second suggestion! Vixen post-it notes...

But in both of your replies I still must go to each individual cell and change the values. I am aware of the crtl-up/down thing but I want a way to do it for mass cells.

How Massive

The ctl+ ctl- works on all cells selected. That could be one cell or every cell in the entire sequence.

The Boolean past will affect as many cells as were selected with the copy.

It's not quite post-its, but there is already some bookmarking functionality. If you press Ctrl-Shift and a number, that will set a bookmark for the left-most cell of the current selection. Then you can recall it with Ctrl and a number, which will scroll the view to put the bookmarked cell on the left. It's hard to describe, playing with it will show you what I mean. There's no visual indication of the bookmarks, it was put in for my own convenience earlier this year.
