SSR Schematic and parts list

Very, very new to this site, I have not found any of the parts lists and a schematic for A SSR that can be used with the Grinch. I am sure its out here somewhere but I cant find it. Anyone have a one I can plagerize. I dont need a PCB layout I can come up with that.
