Cowlacious has some cool circuitry for easy synd of servos to a speach track and it can even run total standalone putting the audio on chip.

Cowlacious Designs is a very good site.

I've been a customer of their's for a few years and they've always gone the extra distance to assist me in sometimes really inane questions..

A few suggestions for the products,

The ISD boards, excellent items, I have a dozen used for talking skulls during Halloween, they toss insults at each other on random timers. Two sample requests 3 months apart from ISD produced 12 free 120 second chips. and a few 4- and 8 minute chips for future tinkering.

While I've not tried to use the momentary trigger to start the ISD's from one of our display boards, I'm sure it can be done with a minor mod making them a good potential for audio displays, Try one on a Belkin FM Tx, to repeat the display times etc from your "tune to" display without requiring the computer to be running in the "off display" hours.

The new Cave eyes board can be used in Christmas displays, build as instructed, cap the LED's with left over stars, snowflakes etc from other fancy strings of light and they make a terrific segway or intermission of songs before/after scheduled sequence hours.. Great "twinkling snowflake" effect when spread out in a tree/bush or wall.

I'm sure you can think up other uses..

Just don't order in the weeks leading up to Halloween, they usually sell out very fast.

Carl is a great guy and has some great products, but you should also check out http://www.efx-tek.com they also have audio boards but you can address your sounds and trigger multiple sounds of of one board. They also have vixen plugin's for their prop controllers.

I'm thinking one of those scary-terry boards hooked to a wireless mic would be funny....
