Won't it be a good idea to embed a link to the forum in vixen under help. maybe a couple to relative subforums?

was think giving it a sub-forum within the vixen forum called 'vixen help' with sub-forums within that with titles like 'remapping', 'channel setup' (assigning colors,renaming), 'adjustable preview setup', etc.....

Maybe the "How Do I?" forum is what you're looking for?

Yes, Thanks Matt!!, I forgot about that forum.... maybe the user would click the unline help option and a pop up would appear the would instruct them to browser the forum for answers and post if they didn't find the answer they were looking for. and have a link to the "How do I" forum directly. We could build the help file with in there.
