Can someone please help me with setting up the Renard 24. I have a power LED the ZC and Heartbeat LED's do not light and I do not get any output. I am not sure that I am getting RS-232 but I do have the DB9 3 gong to RJ-45 4(Blue) and DB9 4 going to RJ-45 5 (Blue/White). Is there anything else I can do to test the board? Also how should AC be connected?
There are HOT HOT NEU HOT
Where do you connect a single AC cord to and do you jumper the other 2 connections.

Update:
I loaded the diagnostic firmware and now I have a blinking Heartbeat and a Blinking ZC. Is there a list of what outputs should do what when running the diagnostic firmware?
Is there a way to test the serial output from Vixen?
