Vixen skipping first few seconds of sequences

Hi everyone!

Well that time of year is almost here again and I thought it'd be time for me to pull out my home made 595 controller and to my surprise it worked! There is just one problem though - Vixen is starting every single sequence 2 seconds into the song :S I cannot work out why it's doing this, I've been through everything I can think of and even starting a new sequence does the same thing. Does anyone have any ideas what could be the problem here?

Hi Mike,

I'm the new guy here, so this is not expert advice. But I just hooked all my stuff up, using grinch boards, and I was having the same 2 second delay you were having. I sequenced all my songs on my desktop, and then transfered it all over to my old PC which I was going to use to run my show. It ran fine on my desktop, but had the delay on the old one. Started to add 3 seconds to each sequence, then decided to upgrade to Beta 4. Works perfect. So you might want to try upgrading.
