Eagle Component for 9-Pin Femail D-Sub

I'm looking for an Eagle Librarythat includes a 9 pin D-Sub connector component similar to or exactly like the one on the Ren64.

There is no NorComp libraries and I can't seem to find any 9-Pin D-Sub in the Libraries. I'm real new at this, but am trying to build a breakout style connector.

Which version of Eagle are you using?

I use V4.16r2 and the PCB mount female DB9 is in the
"con-subd.lbr" with a name of "F09HP".
