Is this weatherproof ebough for cleveland ohio?

First heres a picture of the boxes i built minus lids and paint, th finished one is the last one

I spray painted the box with many layers to protect the wood, I have the boxes caulked, and the outlets are all caulked too, I plan on putting the actual ssr boards in another plastic water tight container inside these boxes, and I also plan on elevating these and putting a big plastic storage tote over the top, think its weatherproof enough?

You'll probably have problems with lights, extension cords, and GFCIs before you have water problems with that. Unless you throw it in a lake or something...
