Just thought I would post some pics of the SSR boards John had made for me. Very small and compact, I just finished soldering all 40 boards. Now I need to start making the enclosures.

all my best work now includes the logo. We need to viral market Vixen.
Still looking for a Vixen coffee cup or Tshirt for Xmas.

wjohn,
look into Cafe Press,
they will put the logo onto shirts, cups etc
with no upfront costs.
And we can buy them through CafePress directly at a price you set.
So you can make a bit off of them, or sell them at cost.

The SSR's are rated at 8amps. I did a lot of testing before going with this design, they run cool for all my mini lights. I had to add a heat sink to run my floods. Being non-zc they are dimmable.
As far as boards go I have a couple non-populated except for the rj45. To order more you would have to contact John Wilson.

The part number for the SSR relays say they are rated for 35Volts, is this the right part you used? Are you using them to drive 120v lights?
Forgive my nubiness...
