Getting signal to renard24 with ren-t

I am trying to use the ren-t to get signal to renard24. Bad part is that it is not working.

no lights,.. no joy.

I have the ren-t set up for case 3. thoughts?

As I recall, the RS485 input pins to the Renard24 are opposite of the output pins from the Ren-T...we're 3 for 5 here...Ren16, Ren64 and Ren-C have it one way, Ren8 and Ren24 the opposite way.

Opposite? how,.. just swap the output pins 3 and 5?

Swap the two 485 communication wires (not power). Pins 4 and 5 I think. Doesn't hurt. I hooked them up backwards a few times.

I had a problem getting my Ren24 to run with the Ren-T also. What worked for me was to criss cross the two resistors between the 2 75176 chips. If you want i can post a pic. Hope that helps.
