Hi I am new to DoityourselfChristmas.com this is my first post.I have been a member of Planet Christmas for over a year now and got great info from lots of kind people there .This was my first year with LOR 32 channels and I have had a blast with it !! I am looking for some one to share some 16 channel mega tree files with me because I am going to go with a 16 channel mega tree in 2010 all multi color and I cant find any sequences to get me started on this tree . I just need some 16 channel files so I can see the moves and tricks to get me started so I can just get a idea of how to work it . I have some of the moves but people that have done this for years might have some old files that I could use as a guide to get me going !! PLEASE if any body is willing to share and help me out that would be so great ...Thanks and Merry Christmas and have a Blessed one !! You can email them to me at kitasfur@yahoo.com

Hi Matthew - - Welcome to DIYC! PC is a great place for the world of LOR/D-Light. The majority of folks here use Vixen to run DIY gear - mostly Renard or DMX protocol based which does not run from the LOR sequencer unless you're using the iDMX gadget. The issue there is that you may get several to respond but they'll be in Vixen format. You may want to get a copy of Vixen to view how some of these are done and then transcribe them into LOR SW.
Anyway - just a thought... There are some 12-channel mega-tree sequences that Tony Palombo posted here that you can look at (Vixen 2.1 format). Since you're looking at doing this next year I think you'll have plenty of time to get your sequences!
Again - welcome!

I'll be posting all my 2009, 2008 and 2007 sequences on my website very soon. They do include a 16 chan megatree. Alas the music won't be posted and I DO cut down the music for almost every song

Matthew, I assume not but I need to ask. Are you using Vixen software? If so I'll be glad to send you my files. 16 SuperString MegaTree (48 channels, each string has red, green, blue). I know your going smaller but if your using Vixen it can give you a couple ideas.
